BIG? NOT YET

B?NY | #003 | from Australia to USA + a quick European tour

We can't leave our homes yet, but we hope that this selection of six emerging artists coming from three different continents contributes to keeping alive your eagerness to travel around the world, attend concerts and festivals, meet new people and have fun outdoors. We are really looking forward to that!

The Mauskovic Dance Band (Netherlands)

We already saw them at Eurosonic Noorderslag 2019 and had the opportunity to enjoy them again in Berlin and in our own city. If you still haven't listened to their psychodelic cumbian rhythms, what are you waiting for?

Ilgen-Nur (Germany)

Her songs are just like a power nap and a shout-out to our inner comfort zone. Ilgen-Nur skillfully musicalizes youth thoughts and vindicates the pleasures of staying inside. It’s time to dive into her day to day reflexions.

Porridge Radio (UK)

One sentence grows in every song - you hear it once, twice, and by the end of the track you can feel the truth that lies beneath it, and why Dana Margolin keeps repeating it as her own mantra. The quartet knows it well, youth is about yellings, wonders and paradoxes. So let's shout and embrace them: I don't know what I want / But I know what I want.

Tversky (Spain)

The disco-funk from Barcelona you didn’t realise your body needed. We’re proud to say we’ve followed their groovy steps for a while. Now their first LP is making us dance around one more time, and we’re eager to hear them live again. For dancefloor lovers, CHIC nostalgics, and Justice fans. If you can, do not miss their early work, it will also positively surprise you for sure!

Purr (USA)

We'd say it's easy to understand why they're named Purr - listen to their debut album, released last February, and you'll feel like a purring cat enjoying the sunshine that filters through the window. A natural find if you fancy Whitney and Weyes Blood's delicate harmonies.

Two People (Australia)

Two People from Melbourne manage to create hypnotic atmospheric-flavoured compositions that will likely get inside your head. The best way to get to know what they are capable of might be by listening to Dream Steppin', a sequence of three-syllable verses that will echo through your whole body. You will need to listen to it again.
